DECK REPAIR & RESTORATION.

Soft joists, popped boards, failed flashing, rotted ledger boards — we diagnose the root cause and rebuild to code. No paint-over jobs, no 'good enough.' If we don't think it can be saved, we'll tell you.

How much does a custom deck cost?
Most Cincinnati projects land between $18k–$65k depending on size, material, and railing. We provide line-item pricing so you can see exactly where the budget goes — no rounded "package" numbers.
How long does a typical build take?
Two to four weeks for most decks, framing to final inspection. Permitting adds 1–3 weeks before that depending on township. Larger outdoor-living packages run 4–8 weeks.
Composite or hardwood?
Composite is lower maintenance with a 25–50 year warranty. Hardwoods like ipe age beautifully but need oiling every 1–2 years. We'll bring samples on the consult and let you handle both.
Do you handle permits and HOA approval?
Yes. Permits, engineering, HOA submittals — we file everything and follow up. You sign once at the kickoff and that's it.
What's your warranty?
Lifetime workmanship from us, plus manufacturer warranties on materials (Trex 25-yr, TimberTech 50-yr, etc). We come back to walk every deck a year after install.
Can you tear out the old deck?
Yes — we handle demo, haul-off, and dump fees. We can usually do same-week demo before a new build to minimize the time your yard is unusable.
